Customer Service:
We want to provide a personal service as good as you would expect from the shop itself. If you would like further information on any of the products featured on the website or have any payment or delivery questions please feel free to contact us on 01403 218686 and we will be more than happy to help you. Returns Policy:
If your order does not fulfil your expectation please return it to us within 14 days and so long as it reaches us in the condition in which it was sent, we will replace the item or refund you in full (Please note that this does not apply to special order items, nor does it affect your statutory rights). Please return goods to us at La Source, 3 East Street, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 1HH. Please advise of any damaged or broken goods within 3 days of receipt by email at chrislasource@aol.com.
Deliveries:
Your order on stocked lines should arrive within ten working days. Please contact the shop if a faster delivery is required. We will advise of any goods not currently in stock and expected waiting time. For special order lines, we will advise you of the expected lead time.
Postage Costs:
Because of the extremely varied nature of our product ranges, please call us for a delivery cost before placing your order, and we will advise you accordingly. Postage will be charged separately.
Payment:
We accept Mastercard, Visa and Switch or cheques made payable to La Source.
Security:
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Data Protection:
La Source complies with the Data Protection Act, and will not pass on customer information to any third party without the customer’s consent.
